Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a fashion or luxury boutique setting.
  • Strong understanding of current fashion trends, styling techniques, and garment care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • A keen eye for detail and visual merchandising principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A diploma or certification in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
