Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling consultations and exceptional customer service to discerning clients, guiding them through our exclusive collections.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to the boutique’s overall success.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and an elevated clienteling approach.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of all products, including materials, designers, trends, and unique selling propositions.
- Ensure the boutique's visual merchandising is always immaculate, appealing, and reflective of our brand's luxury image.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
- Actively participate in in-store events, promotional activities, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a luxury retail, fashion boutique, or high-end customer service environment.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clients.
- A strong, intuitive sense of style and current fashion trends, coupled with the ability to offer tailored styling advice.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Proficiency in operating Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a professional demeanor and a passion for the fashion industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
