Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead stylists with wardrobe selection, preparation, and organization for photoshoots, events, and client appointments.
- Maintain and manage styling kits, sample inventory, and fashion accessories, ensuring everything is accounted for and in pristine condition.
- Conduct research on current fashion trends, designers, and styling techniques to contribute fresh ideas.
- Support during photoshoots, including dressing models, steaming garments, and making on-set adjustments.
- Coordinate logistics such as picking up and returning samples, managing schedules, and handling administrative tasks.
- Assist in creating mood boards, styling guides, and client presentations.
- Ensure excellent organization and upkeep of the styling studio or work area.
- Communicate effectively with clients, models, photographers, and other team members.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for fashion and a keen understanding of current trends.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Basic knowledge of garment care and handling.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (preferred, but not mandatory).
