Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assistance to lead stylists with all daily tasks, including meticulous wardrobe organization, inventory management, and prop arrangement.
- Prepare garments, accessories, and styling props for photoshoots, fittings, and events, ensuring items are steamed, pressed, and in pristine condition.
- Efficiently source and return clothing, accessories, and other styling elements from various showrooms, boutiques, and rental houses.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional styling studio or designated work area, ensuring all items are properly stored and accessible.
- Support the creation of mood boards and conduct research for upcoming projects, helping to develop cohesive visual themes and concepts.
- Assist on-set during photoshoots, managing quick changes, ensuring garment continuity, and addressing any immediate styling needs.
- Document and catalogue all styled items, maintaining accurate records for tracking, returns, and inventory purposes.
- Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing communication with vendors, and coordinating logistics for styling sessions.
