Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and process payments efficiently.
- Prepare food items according to Career.zycto's standardised recipes and strict quality guidelines.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently met in all areas of the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and customer service stations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and receiving deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve minor service issues with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all operational procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive working environment.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as needed, helping to create an inviting atmosphere.
