Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and ordering.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a POS system.
- Handle cash and maintain a balanced till at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling orders, bagging items, and refilling condiments.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any service issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist in stocking supplies and inventory as needed.
