Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and process payments using a POS system.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision, providing correct change and receipts.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as assembling sandwiches, plating items, and preparing drinks, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counters, food preparation zones, and restrooms.
- Restock inventory for front-of-house areas, including condiments, napkins, and utensils.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and according to training, ensuring proper cleaning and maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service or securely closed.
