Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process payments, handle cash, and make change.
- Prepare and package simple food items, ensuring quality and adherence to recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and food preparation stations.
- Restock inventory, including condiments, napkins, and other supplies, as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, which may include cleaning equipment and preparing for the next shift.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
