Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare simple food items and beverages as per company standards (e.g., drinks, desserts).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and cutlery.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking.
- Promote specials and new menu items to customers.
- Uphold brand standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.
