Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently.
- Prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quick and accurate service during peak hours.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the establishment.
