Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Prepare a variety of food items according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and service stations.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed throughout the shift.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including fryers, grills, and beverage machines.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient service flow during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, cash handling, and equipment checks.
