Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card transactions with precision.
- Prepare food and drink items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies, manage inventory, and assist with deliveries as required.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and health regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the establishment.
