Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system.
- Prepare and cook various menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food preparation and serving areas, including dining room and restrooms.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and ovens.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and process customer payments.
- Restock inventory for front-of-house and back-of-house areas as needed.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
