Key Responsibilities
- Prepare work sites by clearing ground, removing debris, and leveling surfaces as required.
- Accurately dig post holes manually or using power tools to specified depths and widths.
- Set and align fence posts (wooden, metal, concrete) precisely, ensuring verticality and stability.
- Mix and pour concrete for post foundations to ensure long-term durability.
- Measure, cut, and attach various fencing materials including chain-link, barbed wire, and security mesh.
- Install gates, latches, and other access control components as part of the fence system.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the work area safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or damage.
