Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Marketing Executive – Brand Activation to join our thriving team in MediaCityUK, Salford. This pivotal role is dedicated to bringing our clients’ brands to life through impactful, on-the-ground marketing initiatives across the North West region. You will be the crucial link between strategic marketing plans and tangible, engaging experiences for target consumers. This isn’t a typical desk job; you’ll be directly responsible for the hands-on planning, meticulous execution, and comprehensive reporting of a diverse array of brand activation campaigns. From exciting product launches and engaging experiential marketing events to targeted promotional activities, your expertise will ensure our clients’ messages cut through the noise.
Working closely with our internal client services and creative teams, you will translate campaign objectives into real-world activations. This includes identifying and securing optimal event locations, coordinating all logistical elements—such as materials, staffing, and permits—and meticulously managing budgets. A key aspect of your role will involve recruiting, training, and overseeing temporary brand ambassadors, ensuring they embody the brand ethos and deliver an exceptional consumer experience. You will be instrumental in fostering positive brand perceptions, generating qualified leads, and ultimately driving product trial and sales for our clients.
Success in this role requires a keen understanding of local market nuances, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape to ensure our activation strategies are not only locally relevant but also highly effective. You’ll be on the front lines, collecting valuable market feedback and performance data, which will be crucial for refining future campaigns and demonstrating clear return on investment (ROI) to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic, self-motivated individual with a genuine passion for marketing and connecting brands with people in memorable ways. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organisational skills, and be able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading agency and make a real impact on some of the world’s most exciting brands, growing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
