Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients within the designated territory (Freiburg im Breisgau and surrounding areas).
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular visits, communication, and exceptional service.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations of Career.zycto's services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline data using our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business avenues.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, client success) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in field sales, business development, or a similar client-facing sales role.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Valid German driving license (Class B) and willingness to travel frequently within the territory.
  • Native or near-native German language proficiency (C1/C2 level) is essential.
