Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our products/services can meet them.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales, adhering to company guidelines and profitability goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales management team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product development) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
