Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development and artistic direction for assigned short film and media projects.
- Oversee pre-production stages including script analysis, storyboarding, casting, and location scouting.
- Direct on-set production, guiding performances and technical execution to match the creative vision.
- Collaborate closely with cinematographers, sound designers, and editors during post-production to achieve final polish.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior crew members (if applicable).
- Actively contribute to conceptualization and ideation for new projects and storytelling opportunities.
Required Skills
