Job Description

Your primary focus will involve leading the entire production process for a diverse portfolio of short films and commercial advertisements. This includes conceptualizing engaging stories, collaborating closely with writers and cinematographers to develop scripts and visual treatments, and translating these creative visions into tangible on-screen realities. You will oversee pre-production, including casting, location scouting, and storyboarding, ensuring every detail aligns with the project’s overall objectives and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients, writers, and creative teams to develop compelling scripts, storyboards, and visual treatments.
- Oversee all aspects of pre-production, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and budget management.
- Direct talent and crew on set, ensuring a collaborative and efficient production environment while achieving artistic vision.
- Work closely with post-production teams (editors, sound designers, colorists) to refine footage and deliver high-quality final products.
- Maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and innovative storytelling techniques.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Film Director for short-form or commercial content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of directorial work.
- Expertise in all phases of film production (pre-production, production, post-production).
