Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct in-depth financial performance analysis, identifying key trends, drivers, opportunities, and risks.
- Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting efforts across various departments.
- Provide insightful financial recommendations to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business operations, and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases for new initiatives, investments, and projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on financial health and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or in a similar financial role.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
