Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting standards.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial data.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.
- Monitor and analyze financial transactions, identifying discrepancies and potential areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and ensure data consistency.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation, ensuring audit readiness.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and compliance requirements to ensure ongoing adherence.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required by the finance leadership team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
