Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and projections for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of departmental and organizational budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and compliance with tax regulations.
- Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation, responding to auditor inquiries, and implementing recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for financial process improvements, automation, and efficiencies to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and manage project budgets.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential financial records in accordance with established accounting principles.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
