Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial data entry, verification, and processing to maintain accurate records.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts, transactions, and statements to identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Support the preparation of routine financial reports and summaries for internal review.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding financial data and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities as directed.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains to optimize workflows.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
