As a Finance Reporting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by assisting with the preparation, analysis, and distribution of various financial reports. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of financial data from various internal and external sources to support comprehensive reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of periodic financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for internal management and external stakeholders.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by meticulously collecting, analyzing, and verifying account information.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal financial policies and procedures, as well as relevant external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to gather necessary financial information and ensure data consistency and integrity across the organization.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within the finance reporting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting tasks as required by the finance leadership team to support various initiatives.
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing requested documentation and providing clear explanations of financial data.
Required Skills
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Basic understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data validation).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to dissect financial data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
