Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Support the reconciliation of financial data across various systems and sources.
- Learn and apply financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the analysis of financial data, identifying trends, variances, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with senior finance professionals to understand reporting requirements and improve processes.
- Utilize financial software and tools to extract, analyze, and present financial information.
- Assist in documenting financial procedures and internal controls.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments related to financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information and adhere to company policies.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
