Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong client base by providing expert financial advice and building long-term relationships.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients, identifying their goals, risk profiles, and current financial status.
  • Design and implement personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement planning, insurance, savings, and estate planning.
  • Educate clients on various financial products and services, ensuring they understand the benefits and risks associated with their choices.
  • Monitor clients' financial portfolios and regularly review their financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with their evolving goals and market conditions.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant banking and financial products to clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, financial regulations, and new investment opportunities.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, compliance regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including wealth management and lending, to provide holistic financial solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role in the banking/financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment products, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and client service expectations.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
