Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients, evaluating their current financial status, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop and implement personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement, education, insurance, and estate planning.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly, rebalancing assets and recommending adjustments based on market conditions and client life changes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and firm's assets under management.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and changes in financial regulations and products.
- Ensure all client interactions and financial advice adhere to regulatory compliance standards and internal policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or financial planning.
- Strong understanding of investment products, insurance, and financial market dynamics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base.
