Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through virtual consultations and consistent communication.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses to understand clients' current situations, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Design and implement personalized financial plans covering investments, retirement planning, insurance, education funding, and estate planning.
  • Educate clients on various financial products and services, ensuring they make informed decisions aligned with their objectives.
  • Monitor client portfolios, market trends, and economic indicators to provide timely advice and adjustments.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards of the financial services industry.
  • Proactively seek new client opportunities through referrals, networking, and digital outreach strategies.
  • Utilize CRM and financial planning software effectively to manage client data and track progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to enhance expertise and maintain certifications.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Financial Advisor or in a related financial planning role.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses are mandatory.
  • Life, Health, and Accident insurance licenses required.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively in a remote setting.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and a client-first mentality.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with virtual client engagement tools and strategies.
  • A track record of successful client acquisition and retention.
  • Advanced designations such as ChFC, CLU, or CFA.
