Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial needs analyses and goal-setting discussions with clients.
- Develop comprehensive, tailored financial plans encompassing investments, retirement, education, insurance, and estate planning.
- Present complex financial concepts and product recommendations clearly and concisely to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
- Monitor client portfolios, rebalance assets, and proactively adjust strategies based on market conditions and client life events.
- Ensure all financial planning activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., BaFin regulations).
- Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., tax advisors, legal experts) to provide integrated solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends, new financial products, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and review meetings with clients.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in financial planning or advisory roles.
