Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule client appointments, managing calendars for financial advisors.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for routine client inquiries, addressing questions or directing them to the appropriate advisor.
  • Assist in the implementation and ongoing monitoring of financial plans and investment strategies.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to facilitate client transactions and resolve issues.
  • Manage general office administration tasks to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.

Required Skills

  • Proven administrative support experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
