Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date fleet records, including vehicle registration, maintenance schedules, and driver information.
- Support the coordination of vehicle servicing, repairs, MOTs, and other necessary maintenance, liaising with external garages and internal teams.
- Help manage fuel card distribution and usage, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support for fleet-related documentation, including processing invoices and managing permits.
- Communicate effectively with drivers regarding vehicle availability, issues, and company policies.
- Contribute to ensuring fleet compliance with all relevant road transport legislation and health and safety standards.
- Undertake general office duties as required to support the wider operations team.
