JTM – Transportes e Logística is seeking a motivated and dedicated Fleet Maintenance Helper to join our dynamic team in Muhala, Nampula. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior mechanics with vehicle inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks on trucks and trailers.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, tire rotations, and minor component replacements under supervision.
- Clean and organize the workshop area, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Help maintain accurate records of parts used and work performed on vehicles.
- Transport parts and tools as needed for maintenance and repair jobs.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the workshop.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles as directed.
- Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and issues.
