Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight, adhering strictly to aviation regulations and company procedures.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, emergency equipment, and service supplies.
- Perform safety demonstrations and brief passengers on emergency procedures, including the use of oxygen masks, life jackets, and emergency exits.
- Serve food, beverages, and other amenities, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to passenger requests and inquiries, providing assistance with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle unexpected situations, including medical emergencies, disruptive passengers, and security incidents, following established protocols.
- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning, and provide special assistance to those with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, or other special needs.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and order throughout the flight.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure a seamless and safe flight operation.
Required Skills

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull service carts.
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience living or working abroad.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
