Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and cabin at all times, adhering strictly to airline and aviation authority regulations.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, attending to passenger needs promptly and courteously.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, equipment, and emergency exits.
- Demonstrate safety procedures, including the use of oxygen masks, life jackets, and emergency exits, to passengers.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities to passengers, accommodating special requests and dietary needs where possible.
- Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and stowing carry-on luggage.
