Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and cabin at all times, adhering strictly to airline and aviation authority regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, attending to passenger needs promptly and courteously.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, equipment, and emergency exits.
  • Demonstrate safety procedures, including the use of oxygen masks, life jackets, and emergency exits, to passengers.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities to passengers, accommodating special requests and dietary needs where possible.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and stowing carry-on luggage.
  • Manage and resolve passenger conflicts, concerns, or emergencies with professionalism and composure.
  • Complete all necessary cabin-related paperwork and reports accurately.
