Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, ensuring all equipment is in working order and compliant.
- Participate in pre-flight briefings with the flight deck crew, discussing flight details, potential challenges, and passenger considerations.
- Deliver clear and engaging safety demonstrations to passengers, ensuring full understanding of emergency procedures and aircraft regulations.
- Provide exemplary in-flight service, including professional meal and beverage service, attending to passenger requests promptly and courteously.
- Efficiently manage passenger boarding and deplaning processes, assisting with overhead baggage storage and seating arrangements.
- Administer essential first aid and respond effectively to in-flight medical emergencies, turbulence, and other urgent situations.
- Maintain high standards of cabin cleanliness, order, and presentation throughout all phases of the flight.
- Complete all necessary flight documentation accurately, including incident reports and customs forms.
- Collaborate seamlessly with pilots and fellow cabin crew members to ensure smooth, safe, and coordinated flight operations.
