Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-flight safety checks and ensure all cabin equipment is operational and stowed correctly.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passengers are aware of safety procedures and emergency exits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to passenger needs, requests, and concerns throughout the flight.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities with efficiency and a positive attitude.
  • Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and stowing carry-on luggage.
  • Manage and respond to in-flight medical emergencies, security incidents, and other critical situations.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the flight deck crew and other cabin crew members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete all necessary flight documentation and reports accurately.
  • Adhere strictly to all aviation regulations, company policies, and security procedures.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • High degree of maturity, responsibility, and reliability
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Physical fitness to perform duties including lifting, reaching, and standing for long periods
  • Minimum age of 18 years (or 21, depending on airline requirements)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or public-facing role
  • Additional language proficiency is highly advantageous
  • Valid First Aid certificate
  • Knowledge of aviation safety and security procedures
  • Experience in a multinational or diverse environment
