Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, galleys, and emergency equipment, reporting any deficiencies.
- Warmly welcome passengers aboard, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure cabin security during boarding and deplaning.
- Clearly and effectively demonstrate safety procedures, including the use of oxygen masks, life vests, and emergency exits.
- Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, attending to passenger needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Serve meals, beverages, and duty-free products according to company standards and specific flight schedules.
- Handle passenger queries, resolve minor conflicts, and manage challenging situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Administer first aid and provide assistance to passengers requiring medical attention or in distress, coordinating with the flight deck.
- Ensure strict adherence to all aviation safety regulations, company policies, and security protocols at all times.
- Manage and maintain a clean, tidy, and organised cabin environment throughout the flight, including lavatories and galleys.
- Complete all necessary flight documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate diligently in regular recurrent training to maintain and update safety, security, and service certifications.
- Work effectively and collaboratively as part of a diverse cabin crew team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe flight operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure, especially during emergencies or irregular operations.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., hospitality, retail, healthcare, tourism).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and extended travel periods away from home.
- Physical fitness to perform duties, including lifting, reaching, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Valid passport with no travel restrictions and the legal right to live and work in the UK.

- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant or Cabin Crew member with a reputable airline.
