Career.zycto is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Flight Attendants to join our dynamic cabin crew team based out of Crystal Peaks, Sheffield. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, ensuring all equipment is in working order and compliant with safety regulations.
- Welcome passengers, assist with seating, and ensure cabin baggage is stowed safely and correctly.
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive safety demonstrations and briefings to passengers prior to take-off.
- Provide exceptional in-flight service, including serving meals, beverages, and selling duty-free items.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to passenger requests and inquiries, resolving any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Manage and respond to in-flight emergencies, including medical incidents, security threats, and cabin evacuations, following strict protocols.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness and order throughout the flight, ensuring a pleasant environment for all passengers.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately, including incident reports and sales summaries.
- Work collaboratively with the flight deck crew and ground staff to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations.
- Adhere strictly to all aviation safety regulations, company policies, and procedures at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Exceptional customer service abilities, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a proactive approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- A keen awareness of safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid passport with unrestricted travel capabilities.
- Minimum height requirement: 5'2" (158 cm) without shoes.
- Ability to swim at least 25 meters unaided.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or public-facing role.
- Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Prior experience as cabin crew or in the aviation industry.
