Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during all phases of flight.
- Conduct pre-flight checks of emergency equipment and cabin readiness.
- Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and carry-on luggage.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight customer service, including serving meals, beverages, and attending to passenger needs.
- Clearly demonstrate safety procedures and emergency equipment.
- Respond calmly and effectively to in-flight emergencies, providing first aid as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable cabin environment.
- Handle passenger inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately.
