Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers in preparing job sites, including clearing furniture, removing existing flooring, and cleaning subfloors.
- Measure, cut, and lay various flooring materials under direct supervision.
- Transport and stage materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Help mix and apply adhesives, grout, and other setting materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively, after receiving training.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies diligently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform general clean-up duties at the end of each workday and project completion.
Required Skills
