Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and event services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial objectives, including budget management, cost control, and revenue generation.
- Lead, motivate, train, and supervise a diverse team of F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing feedback.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development, specials, and promotional activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on F&B performance, analyzing data to inform future strategies.
- Implement and maintain effective operational procedures to maximize efficiency and service quality.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Food and Beverage management roles, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or event venue.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, health and safety standards, and liquor regulations.
