Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process payments using cash registers and POS systems, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards, recipes, and health codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service counter and dining area.
- Monitor food levels and replenish serving stations as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
