Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations for a fleet of food delivery drivers.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules in real-time to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.
- Monitor driver performance, location, and adherence to planned routes and timelines using dispatch software.
- Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, restaurants, and customers regarding delivery status and issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, delays, and customer complaints.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company delivery standards, safety regulations, and local traffic laws.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new dispatch personnel and delivery drivers.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver activities, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to provide seamless support and information.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in a dispatch, logistics, or operations coordination role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
