Key Responsibilities
- Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading food orders from vehicles.
- Verify order accuracy against delivery manifests before departure and upon delivery.
- Help navigate routes efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service during all interactions.
- Handle food items with care to prevent damage or spoilage during transit.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers regarding delivery status.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
