Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live food delivery orders using our proprietary systems, identifying potential delays or issues.
- Proactively coordinate with our team of delivery riders, providing support and guidance to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with partner restaurants regarding order status, special instructions, and any discrepancies.
- Engage with customers to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve delivery-related inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist the dispatch team with route optimization and resource allocation to enhance efficiency across Anthony Village and surrounding areas.
- Resolve operational glitches, such as incorrect addresses, vehicle breakdowns, or order modifications, swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, incident reports, and customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Contribute to training and onboarding efforts for new riders, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
- Support inventory management of delivery equipment and supplies as needed.
