Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pack food products into appropriate containers, boxes, or bags according to company standards and specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies before and during the packing process.
- Ensure accurate labelling and dating of all packaged items, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Operate and monitor packing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area, strictly adhering to all hygiene and sanitation protocols (GMPs).
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, stacking, and organizing finished products.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and company health and safety policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall factory operations and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely and consistently.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise packing.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety principles.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong, positive work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Experience operating basic factory machinery or equipment.
