Key Responsibilities
- Execute the precise packaging of food products according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies before and during the packaging process.
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe functioning.
- Apply accurate labels, dates, and other required information to packaged goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP, GMP).
- Assist with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production targets are met.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and report shortages.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall packaging and production operations.
Required Skills
