Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery under supervision, ensuring products are packed efficiently and according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects, ensuring only compliant items proceed to packaging.
- Accurately weigh, label, and seal food products, adhering strictly to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift, following all sanitation protocols.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of packaging equipment as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, product discrepancies, or safety hazards immediately to the team leader or supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production targets and ensure smooth line operation.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety, quality control, and operational procedures.
- Lift, move, and stack packaged products, preparing them for storage or shipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
