Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack food products into designated containers and boxes according to company standards and client specifications.
- Perform quality checks on products before and after packaging to ensure they meet safety and quality guidelines.
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production lines for any issues, reporting discrepancies or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and labeling packed goods.
- Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to varying production demands.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety principles.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

- Basic communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
