Key Responsibilities
- Pack food products into containers, boxes, or bags according to company specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects, damage, or inconsistencies before packing.
- Accurately label packages with product information, batch codes, and expiration dates.
- Operate and monitor basic packing machinery and equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines during the packing process.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and storing packing materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues promptly to supervisors.
- Lift, move, and stack packaged products as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
